We plan and develop a medical building after receiving an order from a property owner
- We conduct a preliminary investigation on marketing needs and tenants’ needs in a given area in addition to providing a list of major medical institutions in a given area.
- We support to attract a major medical institution as a tenant in a medical building.
- We support to help report amendment in the design of a medical building, apply for and obtain permissions from the government office.
- We plan/design and conduct construction management (CM). The final selection of a design office and a development company are made on a competition bidding basis.
- We support for a prior consultation regarding the application and obtaining medical related licenses.
- We support for a one–stop solution including management of medical institutions including a major medical institutions after their opening.
After changes of use for a building are carried out, we make a bulk lease agreement with a building owner and sublease it to each tenant.
The above mentioned process is the major features of our planning a medical building. That is to say that through the utilization of the established network, we transform a general building into a medical specific building with facilities including laboratories and a new medical department, which conventional medical institutions cannot obtain, and we lease it to a major medical institution.
